God said light be and light was. God said the light was good. God could have said a lot of things about the light but he said it was good. But he said it is good, why because God himself is good. (Genesis 1:4, 10,12,18, 25,31)
And in him there is no darkness at all. We have lands, sea, and light and they are all good, because God made them and he is a good God. Instead of you trying to get God to do something in your life, let accept what he has already done.
Get to know what he has already said and accept it. God plans for you and I was good from the beginning.
His plans for your future are good, he has nothing but good things plan for you. When you read farther into genesis 1 it said that God bless them and told them to be fruitful and multiply, have dominion and have influence. That sound like a good plan to me.
The violence that we see in the earth is not God. People dying prematurely were not in his original plans everything that he has made are good because he is good. God is good always has been good, always will be good. Good is all he and good is all he does.
All the evil and bad things on earth are the results of sins and the curse. Do not get confuse that all of the sins and curse are his will because it is not. Let read psalm 119:68 says you are good and do only good. (NLT)
Matthew says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, so what is in you will come out, and what comes out is who and what you are. Out of God, love flow, peace and goodness flows.
God is good. On the other hand what comes out of the devil is bad, because that is who he is. He is full of lie, deceit, and hypocrisy. The devil and God do not switch places.
Lets look at psalm 34:8 it says taste and see that the lord is good. Disease, distortion, and pervasions are not an improvement to God creation, it is defilements to what he has made and created.
In the same way coloring over an artist original work is not an improvement to the artist work, distortion to God creation, is not an improvement to God.
God goodness is in you; you are full of his goodness, because you were created in his image. It does not matter where you been or what you have done he loves you and wants to display his goodness in and through you.
Start thinking good, talking good, acting good, and believing good because that is what you are full of. You are full of his love, peace, and joy. You are good going somewhere to happen.
You are not a messed; God did not make you a mess or cause you to mess up. He loves you, and is waiting for you to come to him, God is light and in him there is no darkness at all. (1 John 1:5)
